Refund policy

30-day returns. If the glove doesn't work for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

How to start a return

1. Email us at minegociodigital001pro@gmail.com with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 2 business days with the return instructions.
3. Once we confirm the return, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund — you won't need to send anything back.

Order never arrived

If your tracking shows no delivery 30 days after your order, contact us and we'll refund you in full.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
